A tactical reality based anti-crime / anti-terrorism personal protection and counter assault program.
Designed using street proven techniques and tactics. Instruction involves the use of personal weapons (hands,feet, kicks, knees and joint manipulation). Also included is the use of practical weapons (straight stick / flashlight) and improvised weapons (books, pens, magazines, high heels, etc.).
Available for short term or long term training. Classes designed for the individual / training conducted in small groups. Seminars available.
Capt. John Badolato (ret) is a 7th degree Black Belt with 39 years involved in the training and teaching of self defense. He earned his black belts under the late Prof. David D. Rix.
Capt. Badolato has 30 years law enforcement experience (federal and local). He has served as a defensive tactics instructor and trainer (trained other police officers to be defensive tactics instructors). He has taught SWAT and Dignitary Protection schools. Capt. Badolato is also an ASP instuctor, OC instructor and Officer Survival instructor. He has received numerous citations and awards including an award for his law enforcement work. Additionally he received an award from the U. S. Congress for his dedication to the teaching of defensive tactics to the law enforcement community.
